Torianna Lynn Mills believes she’s been a storyteller all of her life, but she didn’t start actively writing down her stories until she stumbled upon NaNoWriMo a year or two after it first started. She’s been writing ever since! Despite lots of “real life” distractions, she has managed to “win” almost every NaNoWriMo event she’s participated in through the years. Consequently, she has lots of 50,000-word manuscripts in various stages of completion!
When she’s not writing/participating in NaNoWriMo and/or their two camps throughout the year), Torianna can be found doing research (aka “puttering” online), going out for her “back 40” laps (or walking on her treadmill), making things from scratch (both cooking and crafts), puttering around the house and holler as well as trying to get things to grow (aka tending to her “garden babies” — determined to actually harvest something one of these years). In addition, she loves sending and receiving “old-fashioned” correspondence, especially when she’s able to add to her growing postcard collection.
